After hearing the project details during the initial call, do you generally give them the quote over the phone, or wait till after the call, and send them the quote over email?

First listen to the project requirements first before making a decision

What about those prospects that say “look, I don’t want to waste your time. What is the starting point for a website?” Is it reasonable to have starting pricing points set up? How would you handle those kind of requests? Someone who insists and does not want to talk about what they need, without knowing a price.

What do I do if one of my clients (he’s fast and great with payments) never really want to talk about what he wants and needs. He always just asks: “I want a website like this, how much is it?”

Every time I try to have a conversation but he always feels so frustrated and occupied that he always goes to the price and always want to power it toooo much. He’s such a stressful client dude 😂
