Scientists made a surprising discovery on Mars & said that it changes everything. Today, we take a look at what scientists said is happening on Mars.

Elon Musk stated confidently that his company SpaceX will send an unmanned mission to Mars in the next 2 years and that he believes humans will land on Mars by the year 2026.

But getting to Mars is only part of the battle. There is also the massive logistical and technological issue of returning to Earth, not to mention merely surviving the harsh Martian landscape.

Unlike Earth, Mars does not have a magnetic shield or atmosphere to protect would be travelers from the deadly onslaught of cosmic radiation.

Thank you for watching!

Thank you to CO.AG for the background music!

After 700 years, crap still smells like crap, that's funny.

First Elon should send mars rovers for people to rent out

Lmao that'd kind of suck if you had a huge earthquake and suddenly it's flooded.

Scientists say the temperature rises as one goes further into the earth . The deepest hole - drilled by the Russians ran into lava at what was it 37000 ft ? And supposedly it just keeps getting hotter the deeper you go ? These same scientists also say there is an ocean deep within the earth - now I understand pressure changes the boiling point of ...pretty much everything but which is it - the center of the earth is hot ? Or there's alot of water down there ?

Butts? They're called buttes. Your computer reader needs some updating.

Don't intend to sound picky but a butte is pronounced beaute, as in beautiful.

Sending a real live crew of humans to Mars and back safely is a pipe dream. Maybe some day, but it is all talk now. It could happen, in thirty years or so but think of the logistics of such a task.

There are hundreds and hundreds of caves some near water as well. Why can't these be investigated and made habitable by the robots before humans arrive

They've figured out that there's still some liquid water underground on Mars!!! From pix they got of streaks that were forming then disappearing and forming again, when Mars gets close to the Sun in its orbit, they also figured what type of salt exists in the water that makes it's way to surface then dissipates cuz of low atmosphere...

The water in between the mantles below our oceans and lands is a logical way of seeing the earths inside, because it would need to have an equal amount of pressure on either side to maintain its massive circumference without collapsing as it spins through space.

Uhh, finding corn in a barrel of poo does not indicate that the corn was there BEFORE the poo. Not. At. All.

I'm Amazed how un observant people are I use to pour concrete and the amount of intelligent placement is out of this world and you can literally see there rocks fused by something I have even seen a rock with grout lines in it on mars byt they assume you all would not notice and you dont but i see it

I suspect that Elon Musk and SpaceX plan to take boring equipment to Mars, and possibly the Moon as well, to bore tunnels to establish bases under the surface to shield early live mission crews from the solar and cosmic radiation ☢️ and to eventually build into a much larger base of operations, which would make it a much easier and more efficient method of building a colony, and establishing additional colonies all connected by a network of tunnels.
Since Tesla has been working on developing robots, they will very likely send those along on the early unmanned missions along with much of the machinery to facilitate the establishment of the first Mars/Moon bases, so that their plans to colonise would be as safe as possible for the first manned missions, that humans may have a base shielded from the radiation ☢️, that they may have a refuge from the hazards of exploration, as much as possible, until better solutions are found. In my opinion, that would be the most sensible way to initiate colonisation within our solar system. It would otherwise be foolish and hazardous to attempt building a colony with living astronauts without their having some sort of refuge from the radiation.

I wonder if the ground water is fresh or salt water ?I tell you with so much water under ground that it could cause us some srious problems with the volcanic activity we are having. We have all seen how bad and large eruptions can be when in/on a body of water and how little water can expand the volcanos' blasts! scary!

Thinking logically, heat boils water. The deeper you go, the hotter it gets. So, what are (water) we supposed to be believing here?

Wait....the amount of water between the upper and lower mantle is 3 times the amount of water as all the oceans? Jesus.
