Hey guys, So I have a question. If I am looking to set up a shell dweller cichlid tank using this tank then all I would need is some filter media, lighting, and a lid correct? It is tank ready as far as a filter goes, correct?

Hello

I am just starting in the hobby and I am going to buy myself an innovative marine sr 60. I am not on a budget so I would like to know some good equipment and fish for the tank I have an idea for what I want but I want to see if anybody else as any better suggestions.

Here is what I want

Equipment

- Neptune Apex System with the ph, temp, ORP, Conductivity, Prop PM2 Salinity Module
- Auqa Gadget HydroFill
- EcoTech Radion XR30w G3 Pro LED
- Auqa Gadget SkimMate FullSize Ghost Skimmer
- 2 75W Easy-Therm Submersible Heater
- BRS 6 stage RO/DI system
- As for dosing I don't really know what to do recommendations are welcome!
- I don't know weather to use carbon are bio pellets recommendations are welcome!
- If there are anything else I missed I am open to suggestions

LiveStock

- 1 Kole tang
- 1 coral beauty and 1 flame angel
- 3 pyjama cardinals
- 1 lawnmower blenny
- as for snails and stuff like that I don't know what to do there open to suggestions

Corals

I don't know what kind of corals to use but I am open to suggestions

Could this aquarium be set up as a freshwater planted aquarium?

I have never seen a tank where you can just dump everything all in at the same time and it all lives - that is such a time saver over the weeks and weeks I spent cycling my tank and slowly building up the ecosystem. Kudos - must be some great technological achievements in that system.
