great talk, a thing that I was thinking is that I don't see governments interfering are a bad thing, eventually most governments will have a blockchain system for its banks operating on their territories, the governments will manage those ledgers, to guarentee unity we need more regulation in the field, I don't think that small fintechs have the capabilities to spread the use of the blockchain, but governments do have that power

Trying to innovate on Crypto in the US is like trying to open a brewery in Saudi Arabia. First we have to define the problem clearly and then innovate. So called conservative Europe, the old world is much more open to the new fintech ideas. I think we should innovate where legislation is more open-minded, eventually making it unavoidable for the US government and businesses

if they are earning little to no interest on their dollars (money backing their coins), how do the creators of USDC and Tether make money?

Go study XRP, and Bank of America has a patent with Ripple XRP. The Federal Reserve got moved to the treasury.
