I actually like the Dominant Industries Gongshen Xindian Line. 😊
Is the Sheaffer Snorkel pen what was marketed once as the Sheaffer 'Pen for Men'? If I remember correctly that had a snorkel filling system.

For Dominate Industries I have Periwinkle. You can buy it with the shimmer or plain. I have plain and it works great in every pen and it is beautiful. Periwinkle is my favorite and hard to find. There is another company that has a periwinkle but it is the purple version and drives me crazy lol.

I have six currently inked, two have plenty of ink but the nibs are dry and need help getting going and two are used daily.

Pens inked:
1) Vintage Platinum Pocket Pen PK-1000, used daily. Dates to before 1968 based on the logo on the nib. Inked with Platinum Pigment Blue for use at work.
2) Vintage Pilot Elite, used daily. Likely from the 1970s. Inked with Platinum Pigment Blue, for work also.
3) Vintage Sailor Pocket Pen, not really sure the model, finding it hard to find information. I'm guessing 1960s to 1970s. Inked with Sailor Blue-Black.
4) Hero 616, not a bad Parker 51 clone with a squeeze convertor. Inked with Platinum Pigment Blue, sometimes use at work.
5) Delike New Moon 3, and decent copy of the Sailor Pro Gear/Pro Gear Slim. Inked with Dominant Industry/Wonder Pens Ginger Chicken. Nib is dry, plenty of ink in it.
6) Peter Pauper Press Falling Blossoms, looks like it's based on a Hongdian of some sort. Inked with Dominant Industry/Wonder Pens Ginger Chicken. Nib is dry but has plenty of ink.

The Platinum, Pilot, and Sailor all share similar styling. As you know the Platinum cap will fit the Pilot, however, the Sailor is a little larger in diameter. What that means is, the Sailor cap will just work on the Pilot and Platinum, but neither of the other caps go more than half way onto the Sailor. The E95s cap may fit perfectly on the Sailor because it is a bigger diameter.

I've gotten a little obsessed with these Japanese pocket pens that, if I can afford it, or it's an amazing price, I'll get other versions of them. I now know I'll love the E95s also.

Sorry for the ramble.

“O.M.G.” (as the kids say …) I recognized my old Cross Solo Classic immediately from the top of your lineup! A little pen that’s so good, and gets so little attention. This pen (in navy, as well as burgundy) was my EDC for … a decade or so (late '90s, early 'oughts). I recently went hunting for it online - having no idea what the model was called - and found both the Solo, and Radiance models (the latter manufactured a bit later, with 2 cap bands). That is a Namiki steel nib.
