People are all to eager to crack on with their van build but if you don’t take precautions first, you could be storing up some serious problems in the future, like hidden mould!!..
If you attract mould behind your camper walls the vehicle will rot from the inside out. Not to mention the musty spell in your van and potential lung infection.

Hey man, just a heads up as someone who has a health condition where mold highly affects me. Mold just feeds off of bleach on porous surfaces. You can probably get away using it on non-porous surfaces like the metal part, but even professional remediators will tell you to not use bleach like most people think is the way to handle it. Hope it hasn't come back for you, because it can cause some nasty stuff... It completely wrecked my health to where I am disabled due to mold.

You cant clean mold. You have to remove the substrate. You just filled your van with spores, spore fragments, and mycotoxins that will linger for a long time and promote new growth

You have to cut out mold. The mycotoxins keep poisoning you otherwise. There is no such thing as “cleaning out the mold.”
