Pastel de Papas (o de batatas) - Recetas Argentinas| Gaby's Kitchen

Hi! Welcome to my kitchen, Gaby's Kitchen! A twist on the classic Argentine dish "Pastel de Papas" I grew up eating, but instead of regular potatoes, I like to make this dish with sweet potatoes or yams. I added some leftover shredded veggies to the classic picadillo filling in this version, which is commonly beef. Great way to use up everything in your fridge!

Definitely giving this a try! I’m vegan and chopped walnuts are a great meat substitute. They have a meaty texture and don’t fall apart when they cook. So happy to see you back online, Gaby! Keep up the great work :)
