I have recently started using Community Edition for learning purpose and I am not able to create Cluster since yesterday.

Last time I remember it took around 30 minutes to create a Cluster, afterwards the Cluster is not creating even though after an hour.

Is there any limit for Community Edition version? or it is just a Down Time?
