First VO2 max workout for my UTMB training block 2. Each training block is 6 weeks. I'm fully recovered from my first training block, and will continue to increase mileage, climbing and descending, and time on feet. Now it's time to get back on (the) track, literally. This is a quick and simple 8 x 200 repeats workout with 200 jog recoveries. Remember, we need to train fast to race fast.
