Season 8 of "Dance Moms" will follow Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

The new team realizing they'll never be like the OGs for 9 minutes straight

"They're really good for their age, " said Brady. An honest comment coming from a humble, brilliant dancer.

"But we're that age too, " replied Lilly, suggesting that the new team is better than the ogs when they were that age.

Well, Lilly. Comparing 6 year olds in dance today vs 6 year old you in dance then, they're more advanced than you too, somehow. idk her intention, but it bugged me, what she said. Plus, the girls trained at Aldc and most of the rest of them come from really good studios. The OGs were chosen not because they were the best dancers in the whole country, but because they were passionate dancers from Pittsburgh. Abby brought other people in who are supposed to be some of the best in the country.

And I love how Pressley was kinda giving Lilly the side eye and sounded a little annoyed when she said "Yeah, you're really advanced, anyway"

When Lilliana said that, “They are like our age”. I was like they were 8 in that clip, and you guys are like 11-14 years old. I think that they are just jealous..

Yes the new team is made of stronger dancers. But they need to understand that:
1. dance moms wouldn’t be a thing without the ogs so they wouldn’t have been in that show and got famous without the ogs
2. Abby is a really bad dance teacher and they have always done what they could with what they were given and honestly did really great
3. The ogs groups dance are better to watch than the new team groups dance because the ogs actually danced as a group when the new ones are dancing individually in group dances
4. Dance moms came to the ogs girls when the new girls came to dance moms
5. The new ones got perfect training for years and then left to get the fame abby brings (which is a win win situation because it makes abby look like a great dance teacher and the girls get the fame without having to go through abby’s bad teaching) when the ogs were stuck with abby’s lame teaching
6. The ogs were passionate about dance when the new cast is just obsessed about the business part of dance
7. Yes lilly, you dance better than Maddie did in season one for the simple reason she was 8 and you’re 11

I love Lilly but I hate her comment after Brady said "they were really good for her age" and she replied "we're their age" like she was implying their better. But Maddie was 8 and Chloe was 9, and Lilly was 11, so no they aren't the same age. Lilly is 3 years older than Maddie, so that can make a big difference. I think Lilly has a lot of jealousy problems.
