As a blind iPhone user, I always really appreciate Apple’s attentiveness to accessibility, both for us VoiceOver users, and people with other disabilities. Sure, we still can’t do everything, or everything the same as others can, but even the fact that Apple puts so much effort into making things work as well as they can already means a lot.

I lost my mother in 2020 due to non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis. She was only 51. I loved her more than anything and I’m still dealing with the grief of her loss, almost 3 years later. This would’ve meant the world to me to have. Thanks for sharing your story, Jern ❤

As a blind Apple user myself, too, trust me when I say that the joy of simply using the Apple products out of box is absolutely great! We can sset up our devices without any assistance.
Despite all the bugs with voiceover and braille displays which makes me want to bang my head on the wall, I love Apple and always commend them for their commitment to disability support.

I never knew about your parents passing. That part really got me for a good few minutes and I’m really sorry for your loss. To see someone as energetic, funny, and happy like you even without parents to bring you up is a true inspiration. Love your videos and keep them coming! Also props to Apple for identifying this and taking action to do something no other company would even think of. They truly are leaders in accessibility.

My grandmother lost her voice due to a stroke and was on hospice and throughout the next few months all I wish I could do was have a conversation with her and hear her voice. I really wish this was available during that period.

Thank you, Jon, for that personal moment! I lost my pops in 2010, slashed my face, and sometimes I still feel guilty about his death due to collapsed lungs. I've been a long-time fan and would LOVE to meet you, but unfortunately, I'm on the other side of the US in NC and can't afford that trip at the moment. Great video love your content!!!

First of all, I’m so sorry to hear about your parents. And secondly, as a person with a disability, I really love Apple for all of the accessibility features that they build into their products to make life easier for people like me I would never think of switching from Apple because they always make sure their products are accessible to everyone and they’re trying to make life easier for everybody. 😊❤
