AI stocks will dominate 2025. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.

Dan Ives might not get his questions answered if Elon's too busy tweeting and playing politics

People laughed at Leonardo da Vinci. People will laugh at Tesla for the same reason. People are people, they are ultra sceptical on progress and innovation as this CNBC guy clearly demonstrates.

The most undervalued AI story in the ridiculously overvalued AI market? The most vague and phantasy filled marketing event in an AI industry dominated by vague phantasies? Who needs details? Decreasing COGS based on what insights?

Just a matter of couple of years, all these folks who are doubting AI will bite the bullet really hard😂

As an investor I understand the frustration. I lost a lot of money because of this event. I do wish they shared details on a lower priced model and how they can roll out Optimus on a commercial level. Even if they aren't fully autonomous yet there are still tons of use cases, and could add to revenue. But I also understand the vision of what Tesla is working on, and these things take time to perfect and scale. In the short term the stock will remain volatile and range bound. It will probably swing violently between $150-$270 for the next few years. But guaranteed long term will be a huge trillion dollar company. Love or hate him. Elon is a visionary. I think maybe he should appoint someone to help run Tesla. I do feel he is overstretched running so many companies and being consumed in the cult of personality of being Elon Musk.

Tesla is not an AI company - they are a car manufacturer. The stock is way overpriced due to the fact that this company is growing at a slow pace right now and they are facing lots of competition that is ahead and cheaper already.

I have already seen the future. I sat on a Waymo driverless car on real-world public roads for 25 mins. It was freaking awesome. So smooth and comfortable, and the app was super easy to use. Why do we have to get excited on closed private roads with no traffic disruption at all and such short distance too. No details whatsoever how the company will manage the fleet of robotaxi and how to charge them exactly. It was only talk and a talk only about wireless charging, but never showed if it actually worked. How long would the wireless charging take, etc. The lack of details scares me as an early investor of the company. The robots are only teleoperated. OMG. Why do people easily get excited about it is beyond me.

The stock will go back up because people are afraid not to own Tesla.

Problem that I see (I’m not a Tesla fan) is if you’re playing the AI story, other companies are simply better. TSLA is a wait and see story. If you have money that just sitting in a stock, fine. Most people want appreciation of their money. Also, the valuation of TSLA is of a really strong growth company, not a company that’s been stagnant. I’d much rather have money in NVDA - AMZN - Broadcom - and other profitable companies.

How much do these tech companies pay Dan Ives, or the firm he works for?
