I personally think that Monster Zero is a better fighter, why? because he is 250+ million years old having experience and terrain compatibility still matters, and the fact that he can regenerate faster than any Ghidorah and cause storms with his mere existence alone (Void Ghidorah not included) gives him an edge in terms of raw physical power; also Size matters (sometimes) and it only applys to certain Kaijus (Any Godzilla is not included, recall: Heisei Godzilla in the comic fought Magita who is 900+ meters tall so yeah that's why).
