The boom being positioned finally makes it look like a boat. Can't wait to see the day you raise the sail for the first time.

WOW!! That really was a ‘Round peg out of a square one!’ Great video!
Love the time lapse of he truly is a mover and shaker.... NOT! A true dogs life he is living!
I’m glad you ‘brought us along’ on this magical journey of yours. Thanks
All the best Richard. 👍🇬🇧

As a boat it floats - as a design it will roll in the sea - it will pitch unconfortably in short seas - it will not be able to sail close to the wind - but it is your home - you made it- much congrats and admiration

How fun. My last rig was a junk schooner and boy did I not miss ducking to avoid getting clocked by the old gaff’s booms... But to each his or her own? Our new rig in process is an even smaller junk with free standing rig lol. Getting older and simpler. Interesting comments here telling you how to build your boat, it’s like being in the yard with all the experts staring at you.

I would replace the nuts helping to hold on the jaws with an Acorn style nut. It will give it a more finished look and would be safer.

Many back problems are created by the fact that the back muscles are often stronger than the abdominal muscles (more common among men).
Through abdominal exercise and the flexibility of the spine, back problems are often reduced. May be worth a try.

Love your work, just a tip from someone who suffers from tinnitus from not wearing ear protectors when using power tools, if you have them, use them. :D

For rounding, I was so grateful when someone introduced me to draw knives and spoke shaves. So much faster than planers and sandpaper.

Love the longer episode. The end seems so close. I can't wait to see sails on her.
