ICF Pools of the future! stronger, cheaper and more efficient!

In this video we take a fairly in depth look into ICF pools, specifically a pretty simple vinyl liner pool, and how diy-able they may be. This video further demonstrates the versatility and ease of use of ICF as a construction material and method. I started this video months ago behind a new construction home and weather and supply chain issues caused the infrastructure to be somewhat delayed so some of the clips were before i had a microphone so i apologize about any iffy audio!

Great content! Very few people are willing to show how to do a DIY pool. I remember back years ago when it wasnt recommended. Thank you!

Great job. I have been building these since 2006 custome hot tubs and pools. especially in the northern states. it keeps the water in the pool heated as its insulated and retains the heat. great that others are doing the same.. great job

Very informative. I'm still renting so none of this is doable for me right now, but I like your style and I'm now subscribed to your channel for my future home renovation needs.

If you run a snake or string through the light conduit you can install liner then light faceplate, cut hole for liner then just pull the light cable back to electrical box. No need to take it apart that way. Good vid. I’ve done steel wall ingrounds with vermiculite bottoms for 25 years. I wonder the cost difference is with these. Might have to give one a try. Good vid.

The ICF pool is a really cool build. I've never heard of a saltwater pool before

We use the 3m glue to stick the gaskets on under the liner. Works good

Really great video. Was totally waiting for you to jump in the pool at the end. Almost looked like you had that "check this out" smile going. Would have been epic!

Very nice, never knew ICF was even an option. I really want to learn how to do ICF for an addition I want to put on my lake house. The house sits on the side of a hill so I think ICF will be the way to go to hold back the hillside.

This is a cool video. I built an indoor 16x32 a few years ago out of ICFs and I used pex in the floor to heat it with radiant heat. Customer runs a cover when it’s not in use and his propane bill barely changed even though he heats it to 90 with no pool heater🤣👊🏼

I would always use anti-seize on stainless steel hardware, prevents galling .

So, no reinforcing rebar in the floor??? And where are all the comments mentioning this?

This channel has so much potential. Great content. Tighten up the videos a bit and y’all will have a 100K subscribers by next year.

I wish I covered up my Pentair motor and filter. In Florida it degrades quickly in the sun.
