Hi Alison. Greetings from Toronto. When I was a child in the 1970s my mom and I stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel at a time when it was not in it's newly revived hipster faze. Do you remember the the salute to Hollywood exhibit they had on the second floor? There is such a special vibe in the Blossom Room. When I went to LA in the late 80s I saw classic era actor Ralph Bellamy when I went to lunch at the hotel. I Saw Jim Bailey, the amazing female impersonator, at the famous Cinegrill there some years later.
