Amid the ongoing Gaza war, Hamas has flatly rejected a U.S.-backed ceasefire and hostage release deal, accusing Israeli PM Netanyahu of moving the goalposts and blaming the U.S. for indulging him. With Netanyahu expressing doubts about a successful outcome, fears are mounting that Iran and Hezbollah may use the failed talks as a pretext for a retaliatory strike against Israel.

Doesn't look like they'll ever be friends living in peace.
They have to forget the past and start all over again.
That may be hard to take , but it is their only future without a blood bath.

First: Agree to facilitate the creation of a viable Palestinian state
Second: Release thousands of Palestinians who are held in Israeli prisons without charge
Third: Arrest netanyahu

As if Netanyahoo wants peace it's laughable. Each and every time they blame ham as when it is the unreasonable clauses Netanyahoo adds to keep it going and himself out of prison

Iran-Hezbollah Joint Attack Imminent? If they attack are they prepared for what comes against them next? For almost a month now they are still calculating, and their main assumption is that the US won't let Israel to respond to avoid escalation but Israel made it clear that they would respond severely and the US told Iran they can’t stop Israel from responding this time.

Given Israel's admitted to the forced Sterilization of Jewish women from Ethiopia the likelihood of them doing the same to the thousands of Palestinians they now hold captive seems shockingly high!

It's too late for ceasefire deals. Gaza had already been destroyed completely. Don't let Netanyahu go free that easily.

The claim that Israel has committed war crimes against the Palestinians and that the Palestinians have a justified cause is based on several significant factors under international law and human rights considerations.

War crimes involve serious violations of the laws and customs of war, including the deliberate targeting of civilians, the destruction of civilian infrastructure, and the obstruction of humanitarian aid. In recent years, numerous reports and investigations by international organizations and human rights groups have documented instances where Israeli military operations in Palestinian territories have resulted in substantial civilian casualties and significant damage to essential infrastructure, such as hospitals and schools. Such actions not only cause immediate suffering but also have long-term impacts on the daily lives of Palestinian civilians.

The Palestinian claim for justice is supported by international law, including various United Nations resolutions and agreements. The UN General Assembly and Security Council have passed resolutions recognizing the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and an independent state. Despite these resolutions, the ongoing expansion of Israeli settlements in occupied territories and the imposition of restrictions on Palestinian movement and access to resources continue to undermine these rights. These actions have been widely criticized as violations of international law, including the Fourth Geneva Convention, which aims to protect civilians in conflict zones.

Furthermore, the humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territories, exacerbated by the blockade of Gaza and the restrictions in the West Bank, highlights the severity of the human rights abuses faced by Palestinians. The blockade has led to dire economic conditions, limited access to medical care, and widespread poverty, while military operations and settlement activities in the West Bank have resulted in the displacement of thousands of people and the destruction of homes.

In light of these issues, many argue that the Palestinian cause for self-determination and justice is both legitimate and supported by international legal standards. The ongoing conflict and the associated humanitarian crises contribute to the perception that the international community has a responsibility to address these grievances and seek a resolution that respects the rights and aspirations of the Palestinian people.

Palestinians are the problem, to be honest, look at Biblical names like Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria ( West Bank), those are land promised by God for the Israeli, there's nothing like Palestine.
If Palestinians want a state, let them ask Iran for land.
