The worst tier list ive seen in my life.
Marquis has the best splash art and thats enough for A LOT of players to use that skin, it deserves b/a tier.
Nosferatu is intentionaly disgusting so it should be a B, its pretty funny and unique.
Cafe cuties is not bad enough to be F tier, i would use that skin once in a while if it didnt have those annoying sounds of breaking glass when he casts anythin.
Blood lord is not good enough to be S tier, but the sounds and everything easily get him an A.

Imo i would also drop nightbringer to A, but i know everyone are crazy about it so you can keep it in S.
