How to Add +1 to a Google Sheets Cell without #ERROR

Learn how to add a plus sign to the beginning of your cell. a + can be difficult to add, because you may get a formula parse error if you do only the (+).

I already have #ERROR!, I need to remove it from all the cells at once,
If I click on one cell and remove +1 then, this error goes away,

So I want to do that for all the cells at once.
