i think she mentioned on her birthday v-live that she arranged it because she initially planned to record it on her own as a surprise. But playing while singing is hard so she needed help in the end.

this my opinion so don't torture me. I feel like dahyun's voice is more suited for singing more than rapping. I'm NOT saying that she isn't an amazing rapper. I just feel like her soft and calming tone in her voice fits in singing than rapping.
