ALL IITs ( not even close)
ALl NITs ( except rare north eastern ones)
ALL IIITs
BITS Pilani ( less intake + better placements and same not even heckin close)

if someones' concern is just about placement, just leave vit cuz its having above 2k students just in cse depatment but having above40-50 lpa to just 8-10 students (max) less than 1%...compared to this, all the IITs, Top 15 NIT's and BITS, IIITs are much much much more better clgs....i was getting vit vellore cse in 2022 and got around 3200 rank in VITEEE i just filled counselling form of rupees 5900 just as a backup but we were asked to pay 2.5 lakhs (approx) before mains and bitsat and adv...how can a student decide that he will have other great options or not....100 baat ki ek baat...vit dosen't give you time for other exams and results cuz it knows well how to attract many students as much as possible...kyuki agar baki exam ka result aagya and students ko bits, iit nit jese ahce options mil gaye then who the fk will go to vit...so its just scamming students by confusiong them unnecesarily...if you are not getting any tier 1 institute then only take vit into consideration...al the best (from bits pilani, pilani ece student)
