I have the kc62 sub and kef lsx II and turned the volume up 60 percent and bass at 10 all the way. Played a song with lot of bass. Will anything get damaged? Or did it damage?

I bought this sub second hand for KEF LS50 integration. My room is 35m2, I used RCA input and outputs, it makes bass bloated, no good integration. I changed phase, LFE options (bluesound node has sub out) no change. What should i do. Because my RCA cables not so long i put it between 2 speakers. What is your recommendation.

had a svs before, that sounded like a 100 dollar woofer and looked like a 50 dollar woofer.

Hi ! hard to hear a difference on youtube, but for me, it's seems room mode more clear and balanced even with KC62. Thanks for this "vidémo" :D

The real problem with the KC62 is that it turns off at low volumes. It's a very annoying problem. We don't always feel like listening at very high volumes and, on the other hand, in certain situations we can't. Many people complain about this problem, but KEF doesn't seem to be able to solve this serious problem. I have already sent the KC62 self to my seller, who has already contacted KEF, but so far, after more than 2 months nothing. I connected KC62 with my LS50W II, in manual or LFE mode, but the problem persists, What should be a good set is compromised by the KC62 problem. Unacceptable!

Mate that ‘apartment’ setting sounds like a dog farting. They should have just stuck with the ‘corner’ setting. Can’t wait to hear the SVS against it with the same set up and music

Meh- got this sub. It's is good but not $1499 good. More like $500 good. It is great if you have no space and a very small, treated room. In a larger room it sounds anemic. It hits lows but with no authority. I just replaced it with a $449 HT/1205 REL. I think the 12" REL sounds better most of the time for my application. Now, for $900 you could get two (2) 1205's that would IMHO blow away the REL and you would still save $600! I also got the full 4 year Best Buy Warranty. They will replace or repair or refund if it breaks and they are unable to fix it. It's great peace of mind.
