PASS AND MOVE!!!

This video aims to improve good passing and movement into space.
Drill Instructions:
1) Player 1 starts in centre circle whilst player 2 starts at first cone.
2) Player 1 passes to player 2 who grounds one foot and performs a quick turn.
3) Player 1 drives down court to the next available cone to receive a pass.
4) Player 2 repeats the process.
5) Once the ball works down the court, player 1 shoots. Players run around the outside and repeat on the opposite side.
Drill Progression 1
1) Add a cone 1.5m from the original cones
2) Player drives to the outside cone and push off, change direction and drive to the middle
cone.
3) Once the ball works down the court, player 1 shoots as above.
