That 100 year old pond is a good place for flipping and pitching and it looks like a great looking fishing spot with some lunkers. I which I had enough property to build on that size. The second pond is beautiful with great looking water and I which I had one like it too.

When you talked about heat weeding out the big bass sometimes. I’ve wondered the same thing. I think maybe because they are cold blooded maybe it takes more heat to warm there blood so what I’ve kinda concluded is that the smaller fish may be hot and lethargic and the Biggs are in that sweet spot where there more active.. idk it’s just a theory.
