Sir in ur 2nd example 1st charge is 20pc/m² & directed in (-ây) direction but 2nd charge density is -8 pc/m² & directed also along (-ây) direction then the combination should be +8ây but why you took it only one -ve sign ? My query is same for the -18pc/m² charge density also.

Sir, there is no importance of the position of the charge and the position where the electric field intensity needs to find out? Cant we write here also unit vecor is equal to position vector divided by mode vector? 15:30
