SAF (Self-Adjusting File) is a revolutionary innovative system for root canal (endodontic) treatment, that adapts to the anatomy of the root canal in a minimally invasive way, without excessively removing dentin or causing micro-fractures, and at the same time includes simultaneous continuous irrigation (with Sodium Hypochlorite or other irrigants). My opinion is that I get very successful results with a simple and quick file system (eg. Protaper). If you can do the basics properly u don't need time consuming systems like this.

in this Video you've mentioned the Recommended speed is 5, 000 RPM and the cordless Handpiece the Practitioner was using is barely 500-550 RPM on Recommended 16:1 gear Please Explain !
