Bud 1 doubt... When I cut the aux cable it has 3 wires ( live, neutral, ground)... Which one should be connected to what?

I did something similar in Optoelectronics using a laser to transmit music. Basically mounting audio to the laser wave back in 2005

Of how many ohms and watt speakers we should use sir, I used 8ohms 0.5 watt speakers but it is not working, also which led I should use of which colour and lastly I used audio amplifier also but whole li Fi is not working
