I'll give you a hint
1. Know what you are looking for = look for held offers/ held bids. Example: if you see tons of orders coming through the bid on the T&S but the price is not moving lower that tells you that there is a passive buyer taking all the liquidity aka potential long.
2. Be intentional = do not react to every single held bid or held offer, take only A+ setups. At least this is my understanding of what he meant.
3. Have a market structure = do not just trade anywhere, have an understanding of where are you on the chart and what is the bigger time frame setup/structure is.

All the above are just my understandings, take them with a grain of salt.

I feel like the truest thing anyone has ever said about trading is that you have to put in screen time! It doesn't matter what information you think you know if you don't gain the intuitive side of it it doesn't matter.

That only comes from looking at hours and hours of live data.
