Also if you have shriek or wraiths you can spam it on him while he’s in the ceiling and it’ll all hit and do massive damage.

If you have it use flukenest, it turns your vengefull spirit into a shotgun and does a lot of damage (;you can get the charm in the royal waterway and the boss is
middle/hard until you get your nail upgrade sonyou can oneshot the spawned enemy's)
At that point of the game you should also have already have shade soul( its easy to get you just need two keys)
And additional if possible use shamanestone and spelltwister

You don’t even have to leave a ledge if he runs at you jump and down slash nosk then go back to the ledge

What charms do I use. I have 6 notches and the charms I have are (I skip the useless ones btw) soul catcher, dash master, grubsong, spell twister, steady body, lifeblood heart, dreamsheild, and grimmchild
