Hi, thank you for the demo. I was having problems understanding this version's (online) payroll functions. I noted (through watching) that the employee setup needs to be completed but am using a dummy file with no account numbers and so I couldn't fulfill. 2021 I’m an SCorp. I do my own quarterly payroll. How do we manually transact the expenses (Employee/employer FICA) properly in QB? For instance, I pay myself $12, 000 quarterly. How to properly record all associated payroll cost in QB without paying QB to do the actual payroll? Would you care to create a video to demonstrate doing manual payroll? Thank you in advance!

I have a question how does payroll work when you don’t have employees yet you have contractors do I still have to purchase the payroll program to do direct deposit for my contracts?

Hector, when there is a lump sum entered for payroll, lets say for January and February when the payroll starts March 1st, how do you reconcile the bank statements when the checks in that month aren't included in the register? The lump sum amount doesn't appear in the bank register until the time at which it is posted for that period by QBO payroll. Hope this isn't too far from what I'm trying to say.
