Very insightful and respectful as well. I like this video in particular, I love fresh and citrus fragrances, many times it difficult to make a decision what to buy especially cause there’s so many and money is tight at times,

Mefisto (original) is in my top 3 warm-weather fragrances out of all my summer 250+ niche frags. But because it does have a touch of sweetness, it's best for warm and not very hot weather. It also has an elegant rose note that is maybe too special-smelling for just everyday office wear (though no one will complain!).

For more daily versatility and for really hot days, I go for its older Xerjoff brother Nio (with its refreshing bitterness) as my overall #1 summer fragrance with Mefisto #2. If only Nio lasted longer on my skin! Someone told me Dua's clone of Nio called Matrix was a longer-lasting Nio but when I finally tried it on my skin, it smelled like a cheap car freshener. Sorry, not even close. You get what you pay for. Mefisto by the way, lasts and lasts. Amazing stuff.

My #3 is Xerjoff's 40 knots. Yes, it must appear to everyone that I'm some weird Xerjoff fanboy...but that was never my intention. I truly don't give a damn about brands, I only care about quality and experience. And after trying on my skin maybe close to a thousand frags in the last 20 years, it is what it is. For the record, not all Xerjoffs I tried are great. Like everything in life, you have to try many things since so much is not for you.

I wish you all a great day and if today is not going too well, hang in there my friend. At least today we can smell great if we wish, and for at least this one small section of our challenging lives, you are ahead of many. We must celebrate our smallest victories.

It’s hard for me to find a well balanced fresh, clean scent with some sweetness. Almost all have a sharp scent to my nose. I wish i could find that summer scent for the Texas heat & humidity. 🤠

I've been really wanting to try the Louis Vuitton extraits, like Symphony and Myriad, but they don't carry them at the store near me, or the closer ones beyond that. I have to drive like seven hours just to reach one that carries them. I think the way they are so open with letting people try the fragrances is why I've spent so much money there, compared to other fragrances so far.

I'm still just a noob to this hobby, but I already have six LV bottles and 14 samples. I drive a 30 year old Mazda Miata, so I'm definitely not wealthy or anything like that.
