One of the best ways to cut down on calories is to make substitutes for high calorie foods like peanut butter vs peanut powder. When you use pb2 vs peanut butter or pbfit vs peanut butter, you are getting your peanut butter in powder form which takes a lot of the fat out of it and cuts the calorie content WAY down. This is a great binge eating fix as well because when using pb2 or pbfit, you have to mix it and make a certain amount so it's not as readily available as peanut butter where you can just keep eating it! I learned about peanut butter vs pb2 by Greg Doucette, AKA Coach Greg, and have been using PB2 powdered peanut butter along with making the Greg Doucette SKOR protein bar variations and anabolic french toast, specifically blueberry french toast, ever since. So funny and so true. I've switched out peanut butter with PB2 and I have to admit, it's pretty good. If you don't like the taste my advice would be add a little Splenda or a 0 calorie sweetener. You'll barley notice a difference.

Peanut butter is a gainz saver for me!

Easy calories in a banana, peanut butter smoothie 🍌 🥜. But I’m not Greg’s cookbook’n audience. I don’t need those meals that fill me up (although they look delicious and have lots of fiber). Having high calorie foods like peanut butter helps me get in food when my appetite isn’t really there, and I’m training a lot and require high calories for my training/recovery needs.
