Vanilla Affogato with Carte d'Or Vanilla Ice Cream

This recipe is two courses in one: dessert and coffee, what could be simpler?

Ingredients
• 1 scoop of Carte d'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (25g/50ml)
• 1 shot of espresso or 20ml strong black coffee
• A sprinkle of cinnamon

Method
1. Scoop 1 ball of Carte d'Or Vanilla Ice Cream into a small dessert glass.
2. Pour over the hot espresso.
3. Decorate the top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
4. Serve immediately.
