I just got a 2023 C43 coupe. The last of the V6 Biturbo and I...love...it. Best daily driver and a great beast when you want it. It doesn't look like the 2024 amalgam of the C and E classes into the CLE coupe, but the Bauhaus design gets me every time. It's a keeper. Thanks for the great review!

Wow, finally a review of a 43 where the reviewer "gets it". C43 sedan owner here and I did lots and lots of searching for the right sport sedan and inclement weather usability was a must. The C63 is a great vehicle but it's not what I was looking for in a daily in the snow belt. I already have a RWD Monster I didn't need another car that was useless in winter! :)

This car just checked off all the boxes, badges or no badges! Fantastic Review!

C43 owner here, and I am totally regretting not have the performance exhaust option on my car. The difference is huge!

I bought this exact car in December 2017. Having had the car for four years now, it is without question, this is the best car for my driving experiences that I have ever owned and that includes over a c7 Corvette that I had. This is just a fun, reliable car to drive. In the four years I have had it, I have had no issues or maintenance requirements beyond the normal periodic service.

In my opinion, the C43 is actually MBs answer to the Audi S4/S5.
(Credit and respect to the A45 but that is MBs answer to the Audi RS3/ Golf R etc. ) The C43 is not actually a downgraded C63 because Mercedes is expanding its lineup to attract all. MB offer now front wheel drive, all wheel drive and of course their flagship rear wheel drive.

I love the new Mercedes C Class coupe in general and this particular version of the car is a masterpiece. Price wise although the A45/CLA45 are excellent in their own right, the C43 has a better interior, better balance, better sound, and a better drive. As an all wheel drive quick daily driver, that is luxurious, super quick and un flustered ..this is the car to have.

Great review. I've just bought one myself. As someone who has owned an m3, m4 and c63, let me tell all those little c63 fan boys, the c43, in real world driving, will leave the m4 and c63 spinning their rear wheels at traffic lights while that 4matic c43 races away without a seconds hesitation. super car
