Mac commands in the terminal:
1) cd
2) ./adb devices
3) ./adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block
Windows command CMD
1) cd
2) .\adb devices
3) .\adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block

Worked perfect for my OnePlus Pad running Android 14. Had Launch Diagun IV software (.APK) I purchased in 2016 that wouldn't install but this fixed it.

Hey bro. I am facing issue with games. Take example of Vice City. They have an apk and an obb folder. I am able to install the apk manually, and place the obb file in the designated location. But as soon as the game runs, it crashes, because of incompatibility with Android 14. Do you have a solution for this?
