After receiving a 'Summons' from my local Council for non payment of Council Tax I decided to investigate further as to who is actually sending this 'Summons'. The letter states 'Summons' and has the Magistrates watermark Crest. There is no signature on the 'Summons'. There is also no info on the Summons stating where it is held or how to attend!

Update to the council tax obligation to pay. Over the last year, 20 councils have failed to prove their case. Liverpool council took 8 months, requested 3 adjournment, failed to provide the liability order and dropped their claim 2 days before the case was to be put before a distract Judge. The courts and councils have perverted the course of justice. All claims for council tax must stop.
