Sounds like moisture contamination, I think most people store their tpu with desiccants to keep it extra dry.

Tpu is very hydroscopic. Dry your filament and keep it stored in a zip lock with silica packets to dry it. Plus your prints peed is way too fast should be 25mm/second. Also do a temp calibration test with your Tpu there is an antifoamig additive that doesn't activate til a slightly higher temp on mine. The filament spool said print temp was between 210 -230. On mine it was foamy at 210 and solid at 230.

Dry filament before use and heat nossle to 220c

Hi, you post some interesting question/issue but you did not explain if/how you solved it...

I think the extruder can't feed flixble filament properly.* Tention extruder gears . Lower printing speed . Increase flow rate to 130% . Decrease retraction to 0.5mm .

Try lower temp usually the tip should be between 180-210 Celsius and try a bed heat of 45 Celsius if you have a heated bed start 10 degrees lower than your usual settings... If that doesn't work make sure you have a good quality filament that has a uniform thickness any variation in this can cause bubbles also you can account for this somewhat with the extruder speed but not much help if your thickness is off by alot 👌

You might have to calibrate your temperature for the hotend. I'm new, so i think I heard this somewhere. What your printer says the temp is may not be what the actual temp is.

Could be a bit damp.
I dry mine for 3 hours before use

Popping sounds are usually because of wet filament. You should try to dry yours
