please share more meal details! i intend to do van life sometime in the next 5 years but even now as someone in a smaller space, your meals always look so quick and tasty and nutritious! i know this isn't a food channel but between this and the flatbread with arugula and eggs and stuff, i am dying for a few details :p

This life would suit me down to the ground. I can drive for HOURS and HOURS without stopping. I love it so much. Most I drove in one day was 840 miles (it was a long day and I was flying along - only stopping for fuel). OK then... talked myself into it. I'm selling the house, building a monster van, and shopping it/me over to the US.

Please look into getting a seatbelt for your sweet guy! We never used one growing up with our small dog(not even aware if they existed back then). As an adult found them at Wegmans grocery story pet aisle of all places. Someone had recommended having one to me. My girl Jenny(lab/doberman mix) always sat upfront with me too(great front seat companion). The thought that if I were in an accident, that she could be hurt or thrown through the windshield or window sold me for sure. I bought two(kept them with my car keys), worked for us. Think about it. 😊❤
