This is a guide on how to get the Green proto-drake rare mount. This mount comes from the exotic Satchels from Dungeon finder call to arms or the Mysterious eggs from The oracles Quatermaster at Revered.

The quest to start the quest chain is "The Part time Hunter" you need to be level 76 to get it. Once you get to the point were you can do the oracles dailys you need to repeat the dailies each day until you reach Revered. Once their you can purchase the egg. The mount has a 5% chance of dropping from the eggs!!!

i tip for the people that try doing this at lvl 100: the new changes to damage dealt to low level mobs makes it impossible to NOT kill the boss where you choose a side. BUT there is a way that i figured out, you need to take all gear off, and fly up, fall down, die... and ress at the spirit in the grave yard, then you will get the sickens that takes 75%off all damage you deal. then you can carefully autoattack the "boss" to around 30% to get to the phase where you kill the "dog guy"

thanks I followed this guide completely through and im just on the rep grind 7 days until i can buy the egg! :D and for those saying this doesnt work watch the full vid and do what he says because it worked fine for me and ive been playing WoW for 2 months!

So I got the killing monkey quest but the other guy never appeared for me to get the prodding monkey quest...

for all you people having trouble getting the daily's here is what you need to do.first when you get to this boss at the end take off all your gear just before engaging the battle, second use weak hits to kill her being careful not to kill her to quickly, third make sure you talk to the oracle guy at the end of the fight so your rep is set with them, last go to the oracle village and you should have the daily's. ( i had put in a ticket and this is what i was told, it works)

If you attack the boss in the final mission slower and not kill him off in like 2 or three hits you will get the quest that leads you to dailies, also the final mission should be a brease if you are not lvl 83-90 ( video was amazing very helpful)

If you kill Artuis the Heartless too quickly, he won't be able to release either Jaloot or Zepik from the ice.

As mentioned in the video he will break the ice holding Jaloot and Zepik at around 40% of his health, but if he doesn't get the chance to do this and you end up completing the quest "A Hero's Burden" whilst your chosen faction NPC (Jaloot or Zepik) is still frozen, then you won't be offered the follow-up quest which allows you to pick up the dailies. Hope this helps. :)

To those who have problems with the dailys. Go into the cave again and Dps the mob slowly. Then make the reputation npc u want alive. U must dps the mob slowly cause there is a event proccing and u need to let it proc. When u done that the dailys will be available.

If you kill Artuis the Heartless before he can release Zepik and Jaloot from the ice and you complete the quest "A Hero's Burden" whilst Zepik/Jaloot is still frozen, then you won't be offered the follow-up quest, "Return of the Friendly Dryskin" if you are joining Oracles or "Return of the Lich Hunter" if you're joining the Frenzyheart Tribe (puppy dudes).


Go back into the cave with Artuis and kill him again, only slowly. When Zepik and Jaloot are unfrozen, kill one.

so make sure you have the little lizard guy (the greenish brown one) and walk around the area where its blue on the map of course :p and you will see a small white sparkle in some places, usually within a couple yards of trees and i have luck just walking around the edge of the blue zone and i will finish the daily in about 5 minutes. hope this helped :)

I killed pitch and turned in the quest gekgek gave me, ( Part time hunter )  and did one more that I got from Rakjaw ( The ape hunters slave ) but, my issue is that I did those two and didn't get a second from Rekjaw and I do not think I can continue the quest line from there... Anyone have any ideas on how I may be able to continue from there?

So what you mean is that after you killed the cat at 0:42 you dont get the quest from the guy at 0:52 ? Because he will give you a chain guest which you have to do if you wanna become revered with them. You can either try relogging or write a ticket to GM about if your still doesn't getting any guest

I have done all the starting quests and all, but in the cave I chosed the frenzyheart tribe, I went back to the cave later and resetted so I got friendly with the Oracles instead and now I have 5101 rep as honored, but I dont have any daylies! Need help!
