For You is the quintessential city pop album, so iconic! For my personal favourite, I'd have to pick After 5 Clash. It was the first city pop album I listened to and holds a special place in my heart.

Two of my favorite city pop albums I don't see many people talk about are "Quarterback" from Masanori Ikeda and Masahito Arai's self titled album "Masahito Arai", I believe Sentimental City Romance provided their talents for that album. Toshitaro is also another amazing artist

Cool suggestion: with your discord group you can organise like some listening sessions for this albums ones the group is bigger (and if the idea is well appreciated by the public), but I can understand that with different localisation and different times (and with life stuff) it can be difficult. Btw best album for me is Mignonne

I love Tomoko Aran and Anri. Timely!! is outstanding. I'm a big fan of "Imitation Lonely", which I think has Tomoko's most consistent work.

Also a fan of Tatsuro and Toshiki as well.
