I remember that I wanted to purchase the rx 480, but it was in short supply and the markup was $75-100 higher than advertised by AMD. Thus, I ended up settling for the rx 470 and was very happy. My rx 470 actually went up in value a year later with the crypto currency craze. Still a solid performer.

You need stabilize the core in the RX 470, use the Wattman and the slider of power more 50%, the GPU only use the power needed for stabilize the core and the frecuency stay in 1206 Mhz, the Frecuency in the VRAM its not the same 1650 vs 1750 and the core is a little down for the that model of RX 470. I own RX 570 Pulse ITX 4GB for like a year now and it's a great card for the price. I got one with three free AAA games included, so it was basically a free card for me. It's definitely a great value even today.

Overall, The rx 470 is th best one if we don't look at the fps only.

The power limit of the rx 470, 560 and 460 are limiting the performance, that's why the gpu clock is oscillating.

If you think RX 460 is under performing, look at VRAM usage.
Of course, the GPU is not the strongest, but this version has 2GB which is not enough for modern games.

rx 460 tested here is 2gb version.... the 4gb model is about the same as the 560. I have both a 470 4gb and a 460 4gb. but all are great cards, just avoid 2gb models.

Essas passagens de geração da AMD são bizarras porque mesmo a placa sendo de uma geração superior (400 x 500) a diferença de FPS entre as séries são minimas (especialmente da série x70). No final a diferença é tão pouca que nem compensa um upgrade se for querer pegar uma placa de uma geração mais nova mas da mesma Série. Só compensa de fato se for de uma Série superior.
