Honestly even though I've only played 3, 4, and the demo of 2 it doesn't seem like there is a single bad Horizon game.

i’ve played all and the only bad one is 2 for the 360 and 5 i think isn’t really good too

Horizon 4 was ok, but it was definitely the worst out of the series… 3 was the best by far….
