Paul McCartney 'New' : Impromptu Acoustic Performance

Last month, whilst getting ready to go on stage at Regina, Paul was caught on camera performing an impromptu version of 'New'. This quickly turned into an acoustic performance when Paul was joined by the rest of his band for a run-through the song.

To see Paul enjoying his gift is a wonderful thing. Paul and his mates were/are a huge influence on my life.

It's apparent that Paul continues to create and perform because he enjoys it. So do his true fans. We not only embrace his efforts and results; we also embrace his love for the music and his steadfast attitude. Whether his voice deteriorates is irrelevant to many. We love him for who he is, what he does and that he loves doing it. It will be a sad day when he doesn't sing anymore: sad for him and for us.

I've seen concert footage of some of his performances from the last few years and I have to say I think his voice is better than it was a couple years ago. He could hit fairly high notes this year, much better than 2011 at some concert in the uk. Rock on Paul!
