I'm Ojibwa Indian and I'm proud of it. I'm of the turtle clan. I make dream catchers and gift them to people.

We, as a people, have lost so many things. To have something so sacred stolen and then stripped of its meaning is painful. I imagine my ancestors are rolling in their graves.

Thank you for sharing our stories and using your platform to bring attention to cultural appropriation.🙏🏼 I was delighted to come across this video.

Beautiful origin stories! I have a large one bought in Arizona. I believe it was made by the local Navahos - didn't know they originated with the Ojibwe. Very cool! Thank you!!

I recall these became quite popular after 9/11.So much in fact that indigenous people pointed out these were being made by. Those who didn't know what they were doing

I realize that the meaning of a dreamcatcher is to make a spherical dreamcatcher 100 km high and put an elevator on to the side and to launch things to outer space using gunpowder
The reason why two-dimensional dream catchers can hold the shape of things that look like there are planets in the middle is because it is an indicator of the planets that are inside of a solar system
I have realized that the meaning of a dream catcher is that we are supposed to use a spherical dreamcatcher and put an elevator on the side and send things 100 km off the ground and launch them to outer space and I hope that we can form a committee who will help accomplish the thing that I am referring to if you can please do so please respond to me

I have 5 dream catchers hanging from my lamp by my bed. I have so many dreams that it’s fun to go to sleep and see what’s next.

Just make sure that it doesn't say "Made in China" on it when one buys a dream catcher. Those are fake through and through, and have not the sacred majick of a dream catcher made by an Indigenous person.Or one can make his/her own, learning properly, regardless of ethnicity.
