UK New PBS Visa Jan 2021|How to get points for visa|Tier 2 General comparison|Tier 2 ICT Switching

This video is about Skilled worker route (Point Based Visa) announced by UK government starting Jan 2021.

This visa replaces Tier 2 General visa but is valid for both EU and Non EU skilled workers who are looking to work in United Kingdom.

I have explained the differences between Tier 2 General and PBS visa and also explained how it is beneficial for Intra Company Transfer (ICT) visa holders as well.

I watched your video. Very informative but I am bit unclear on, considering I am in UK in ICT now, are you saying their is not ICT visa from 2021 and either I need to migrate to PBS or General visa?
Also can it be possible to apply for ILR after 5 year in ICT?

Hey Simran,
I have one doubt here about the PBS is that as earlier if any of the company who is gonna sponsor us for our TIER 2 General visa then we need to stick to that company for the next five year, so after this new rules do we need to stick the same company for the next five years or this is for the initial period once u get the visa you can move to different company?

another concern is that can we get the visa for direct five years or like 3+2 ?

What is option E tradable points? Is it that if u have a recent UK degree then u can have a lower salary such as 20400?

Thanks. Great content. Few question ICT. When a person decide to switch, does he need to get a new job offer or will be allowed to switch with existing job offer?
Also a person entering on ICT after PBS get activated next year, will there be any minimum time period he has to be on ICT before he can switch?
