I just realized that Mustache Kid, the Boss of the Mafia, and DJ Groove all have shackles as their strings. The Conductor, however, has a collar and leash, likely due to him being feistier and harder to control. Just a funny little detail.

I love the idea that the snatcher is a SERIOUS threat, that he’s like a puppet master behind everything, especially because hat kid never beats him, he just gets annoyed and lets her go.

It’s weird to think that a kid with a hat and umbrella, a Mafia boss, a train conductor, a DJ penguin, a girl with a mustache and the ghost of a prince are canonically the most powerful characters in a Hat in time.

fun fact: The Snatcher's final showdown in Death Wish was too hard so they released a patch to bring him down a few notches. One of the side things was to not get hit once. It was nigh impossible
