A Summery favourite here in the U.K. and no doubt further afield too. We all have our own tweaks and perfect measures for this, some will go equal on the soda and bubbly but I prefer a slightly heavier pour of my Prosecco. Sue me.

Also, a nice wheel of orange wouldn’t go amiss but as the U.K. weather failed to get the memo that Summer is actually here, I decided to forgo the orange wheel here. Sue me twice.
