Показать описание
PFAS chemicals used widely in various industries have contaminated water, food, and air across the U.S. Their accumulation in humans is linked to cancers and ulcerative colitis.

Contaminated water sources have been found in many states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, or Wisconsin.

If you believe you have been exposed to PFAS and have been diagnosed with certain cancers after the year 2000, then you may qualify for compensation.

Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick, a national leader in public interest law, is working with the law firm of Levin Papantonio Rafferty, nationally recognized leaders in Mass Tort law, to help those exposed to PFAS in certain locations within the United States receive the compensation they deserve.

You are touting conditions that were common in West Virginia. However, chemical combinations differ from factory to factory. That being said, the disease outcomes would also differ…

I was misdiagnosed while I was active duty Air Force. I suffered with ulcerative colitis since 1988. I was stationed at Pease AFB in NH. I received a letter from the Air Force identifying me as being stationed there and said I was exposed to PFAS. I was diagnosed with UC in 2009 and I am still being treated with Remicade infusions every 8 weeks. I was stationed at Pease from Jan 1988 to Jan 1991. Is there anything you can do for me? Thank you.

How come this isn’t getting enough coverage from the media instead VICE is doing a great service for ordinary citizens and the farmers. In my honest opinion corporations that dump toxic waste/chemicals into the environment or atmosphere should be shut down from operations and compensate the people who have been affected by this catastrophe. I hope the farmers sue tribar and force them out of business. Michigan you’re guilty for allowing it to happen
