Ryan. Do make a video on muscle strengthening exercises for beginner tennis players. Recently I sprained my calf muscles while playing. Now I'm recovering. I guess it would help a lot of beginners

I’ve been working on this as well, moving forward when the ball is short. I was watching the last tournament I played on green clay and analyzing it, and I noted that my opponents would often hit it within the service box and I wouldn’t move forward. So I’ve definitely been trying to correct that. Neutral stance is the way.

Take the L on the ear movement, but A+ on the analysis. As usual.

Nadal change Alcaraz Backswing that was using in 2013 because said was too long and his opponents where attacking him from that side; what's your opinion¿?

Carlos possesses beautiful technique on both wings, but when he gets anxious he tends to tighten up and he appears to jam himself a bit, and the shot sits up a bit.

I know you had me in mind when you said' these people say ah hah, that stance isn't used anymore', plus you told me to watch this video. I still ain't buying it coach. The neutral stance you say he is using, he is in the minority. That split second he's using to turn his body is starting to haunt him, because the rest of the players, have figured him out by taking the ball early an cut into his time. Furthermore the older he get that move is going to make him even more less effective. And coach, you can take me to task but I am not seeing a neutral stance here. This is a 'closed' stance. If the stance was neutral, both of his feet would be facing the net with one foot back from the other one about shoulder width apart. There is absolutely nothing to stop a person from stepping into the court from an open or semi open stance. It is done thousands of times a day by hundreds of players. As a matter of fact it is easier to do it from a open stance because you don't have to wait to turn the body. Carlos was winning like crazy when he first came out because he got everybody by surprise. Pros learn quickly. I will guarantee you Carlo's coaches are going to go back to the lab and make some changes in his forehand stance. If they don't I hope he and his family understand that coaching changes need to be had. The day of the 286, 386, 486, 586 Pentium are gone. They can still be used but don't process as efficiently. Coach, I have to send you over to who I call Dr, Oscar Wagner. I took his course and went out to see him when he was in California. He changed my whole tennis life..🏸🩺
