Police say an accidental bump between strangers on a sidewalk cost a 63-year-old man his life. 4's Ida Siegal reports.

I bumped some guy at a public festival and he glared at me for a solid 30 seconds like he was going to kill me, even though I said excuse me. I eventually had to laugh that someone was so angry over nothing. I wasn't laughing off the threat, which seemed very real, but at a certain point it's like ok I guess we're doing this now. People in this country are just broken.
